Each item is made to order, meaning we begin production only after your purchase is placed. Processing usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping, depending on your location. In total, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 5–14 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
